Houses of Worship are generally similar in characteristics to theaters - ie they can be especially challenging as they are really several "rooms" in one venue. i.e. Each area of the venue - floor seating, balconies (nave), mezzanine (transcept), under-transcept areas, and areas near sidewalls each have different acoustic properties and ultimately affect each other.

These venues benefit incredibly from variable acoustics systems which enable the venue to have Reverberation Times from approximately .9 seconds to 2.5 seconds. Therefore virtually endless tuned acoustics presets are available to optimize vastly different acoustic characteristics requirements for modes such as: Speech, Acoustic Ensemble, Praise Band, Choir, and Pipe Organ

Sophisticated multi-zonal system design coupled with acoustic measurement during the tuning process ensures superior results. We have installed audio system in houses of worship since 1985 and variable acoustics systems since 2006.
