Docktrdave Audio Inc. is a Design-Build company and takes responsibility for all aspects of the installation project including:
- liason with the venue representative and staff
- research before design regarding the requirements of the venue and local organizations
- system design in collaboration with the venue staff
- drawings - construction and acoustic prediction
- ordering and installing system hardware as per design
- tuning and optimization of system using state of the art acoustic measurement techniques
- system documentation
- training and orientation of system operators
- ongoing support of project after completion - further training, tuning and hardware adjustments, software updates, etc.
Sports venues can be challenging as audience noise can be extremely loud at times which requires the audio system to have sufficient horsepower and directivity. The venue reflections tend to be very long which requires special attention during system tuning to optimize intelligibility.
